Release 286 Release Notes - November 2026

This page contains details of new and amended functionality included in the software update scheduled for November, known as Release 286.

Unable to select group when multiple has been assigned to user

What have we done?

Fixed an issue in the group selection list, which only displayed and allowed selection in a limited list window of around 17 groups

Why have we done this?

Users could only see a limited number of groups (~17) so had to switch users between groups to workaround this.

How will you benefit?

The full list is shown and can be scrolled, users will be able to select group more easily and deal with rejections more quickly

Details of the change

Updated the overflow value to allow scroll option on the list.

Unable to reject documents

What have we done?

Fixed an issue where the drop down box is not showing “reasons” on the rejection screen.

Why have we done this?

Users cannot see rejection reasons and are then unable to reject documents.

How will you benefit?

Rejection reasons will be visible and selectable, and users can reject documents.

Details of the change

Updated the CSS to allow drop down to work correctly

Sender users can see documents sent from other sending organsiations

What have we done?

Reimplemented security around organisation visibility of only their documents

Why have we done this?

The new filters for Connect sending users can view and download documents for other organisations

Security or documents within organisation.

Details of the change

Code change to reimplement security around organisation visibility of only their documents

Document List count stops at 10,000

What have we done?

Reintroduced the item count on the Document list, which had been removed due to performance issues.

Why have we done this?

Users could not see the total number of items, and how would be missed if exporting a list that exceeds 50k documents.

How will you benefit?

User has visibility of total number of items when filtering a list

Details of the change

Introduced session-based caching for the total items count which will not impact performance.

Issues with Bookmark in documents successfully been delivered via the delivery console

What have we done?

Ensure TIF Conversion process is not failing or missed when a document has a bookmark

Why have we done this?

Document with bookmark are failing TIF conversion and not viewable in DM10, so cannot be rejected or accepted back into Connect.

How will you benefit?

Documents with bookmark/s can be successfully loaded and processed

Old Filters are not working as expected

Remediated an issue for PCTI Admin / Sender User so that Old Filters work

Why have we done this?

Old Filters stopped working as expected
