Address book not opening entries in "Extra Details
What have we done?
Rectified an issue with a “sad face” error occurring when <Extra Details> selected in the Address Book search (Internal Reference D10-12688)

Task Tracker Report Filters
What have we done?
Fixed issuew with Filters in the Task Tracker Report (Internal Reference D10-12688)
Why have we done this?
The “Created By” and “Actioned by” filters were not working, and in addition if a User and Group ID matched this was showing incorrect results on the “Recipient Group” filter, this was reported in Support Case 22011777

Filters will show the correct results

Document Audit Text Issue
What have we done?
Fixed an issue with the way characters were displaying in the audit log.
Why have we done this?
A security change impacted the characters being displayed on the Document Audit, losing the context of the history (Internal Reference D10-12606). Previous examples of the issue reported:
Example 1: The text ‘Sent to GP Group for Medication Review on 12/09/2024’ Would now display as ‘Sent to GP Group for Medication Review on 12/09/2024’ Example 2: The text ‘Patient has advised that previous medication was “clearly ignored” during their last request' Would now display as ‘Patient has advised that previous medicated was "clearly ignored" during their last request’

“Automatically assign Current Date as the Event Date” behaviour
What have we done?
Fixed an issue where the setting for “Automatically assign the current date as the Event Date” checkbox was not saving (Internal Reference D10-13733, Support Case 23262801)
Why have we done this?
So that the configuration is saved and used as intended
How will you benefit?
Able to assign current date as event date if required

Access to User Activity Reports
What have we done?
Provided access to the User Activity Reports for the following roles:
• Caldicott Guardian
• Docman Supervisor
• Privacy Officer
• Custom Roles (provided Custom Role has the ‘Access User Activity Reporting’ feature against it)
Why have we done this?
Some access had been disabled, in error. (Internal Reference D10-12936, Support Case 23809060)
How will you benefit?
Access will now be available as required to necessary roles in the practice

Software fix
Long URLs in Web Links can be removed
What have we done?
Changed the screen behaviour so that very long URLs next to web links still display the “x” button next to them, so that they can be removed. This will be anchored even if the screen is resized.
Why have we done this?
The user could not remove long URLs as the “x” had dropped off the screen layout

To ensure all URLs can be removed
