This page contains details of new and amended functionality included in the software update scheduled for 24nd to 31th July 2025, known as Release 253.
Update GET DOCUMENT STATUS call
What have we done?
(Internal Reference DCMC-4476)
Document ID and Encoded Document ID have been added to the GET DOCUMENT STATUS API call.
Why have we done this?
Rejection lists for documents reference the Document ID, rather than the GUID available for the GET DOCUMENT STATUS call.
How will you benefit?
This additional information allows for sites to cross reference the known GUID with the Document ID and Encoded Document ID. This allows for a more complete audit trail when looking at rejected documents.
Details of the change
The fields DocumentId and EncrytedDocumentId have been added to response for both Accepted and Rejected documents when queried with GET DOCUMENT STATUS.
