How to Personalise your Landing Page - Message Board
This article will describe how to customise the landing page in Docman.
The landing page is organised into three areas:
- Messages
- My Apps
- Links
Some items can be managed by each user and others must be managed by the System Administrator for your organisation.
The Message Board allows you to write content to share amongst the users of Docman in your organisation. All content if saved, is immediately available for all users to view. To add or update a message follow the steps below.
- Select the Edit action at the top right of the message board.
- Enter a new message, or edit the message as desired.
- Select Save to make the change public.
The second message board is controlled centrally by OneAdvanced. We use this space to post messages about system maintenance or any planned downtime.
