How to Access and Use Document Collections

This article describes how to access and view your document collections.



Electronic Collections View

You are able to see a list of all electronic collections set up for your practice and their current status. This includes all NHS mail and Hub and Connect connections.



Collection Status

Within the Capture and Filing screen, in the Filing Actions column, you will find Document Collections.

All collections will show the name of the collection, the date and time, and the status of the last collection, for example, OK or Failed.

The additional feature View Document Collections allows users with the role of Standard User or Docman System Administrator the ability to view Document Collections. This feature can also be added to any existing custom roles if required.



Ability to update NHS Mail Password within Document Collections

If the NHS Mail password for a collection needs updating, Change Password will appear within the collections page under the specific collection.

Select Change Password under the relevant collection to update the system and the collections to continue.

Only users with the Electronic Collections Management role will be able to change the password.
