How to Create a Workflow Template

This article will explain how to create a workflow template.

Workflow templates help speed up the document process by assigning a user or group to a template, allowing you to workflow all the documents at your practice. You must have sufficient role permissions to create a Workflow Template.

To create a workflow template:

  1. Select Settings from the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  2. Select Tasks on the left-hand side of the Settings Console.
  3. Select Workflow Templates under the drop-down.
  4. Select Create New Template.
  5. Enter the Name of your Workflow Template.
  6. Add any additional Notes and Status.
  7. Fill in the options under Template Available When and Template Options.
  8. Select Auto Start to make the filing process quicker.
  9. Select Add Reviewers to add the user or groups you would like to receive the workflow.
  10. Select Create.
