How to Create a User Activity Report

This article will show you how to create a user activity report.

Only the Privacy Officer role has access to this feature. if you require access you will need to contact your Docman System Administrator.

A user activity report allows the Privacy Officer to view a user's activities.

To create a user activity report:

  1. Select the User Icon and then select Switch Role.
  2. Choose the Privacy Officer role.
  3. Select Apps icon.
  4. Select the Reports App.
  5. Under Reports, select User Activity and then select User Activity again.
  6. Select the timeframe by adding a Start and End Date.
  7. Select in the box to select specific activities you want to include in your report or leave blank to see all activities.
  8. Select Select Users to add the users that you want to see the activities for.
  9. Select Confirm.
  10. Optionally, select if you want to present activities that have Tasks related to them or not.
  11. Select Run Report to see your results.
  12. Select Export Result to export your result as .csv file which will be displayed in Excel.
