Scotland DFCT0011251: Unable to link a Docman GP user to a Vision user with a Username less than 5 characters – D10-13771
What have we done?
Resolved an error which is presented when linking a Docman GP user to a Vision user.
Why have we done this?
To ensure that the product functions as expected.
How will you benefit?
Docman 10x users with usernames under 5 characters can now be linked to a Vision user.
Details of the change
It was reported that users were receiving an error message when attempting to link a Docman GP user with a username with less than 5 characters to a Vision user. This issue has now been resolved so that users can continue to link Docman GP and Vision users without any unexpected errors.
Redacted Text can be accessed until the User Sessions ends – D10-13399
What have we done?
Redacted text can be accessed by the user that added the redaction until their current user session ends.
Why have we done this?
To ensure that the full document text, remains visible for a period of time after a redaction is added.
How will you benefit?
Docman GP users will have an opportunity to review the full document text, even after adding a redaction, to make sure they are happy with the edit.
Details of the change
Docman 10x users can apply a redaction to a document. When a user adds a redaction, they can now review the redacted text using the Copy Text function on a coding task. They can continue to review any text they have redacted until they log out. After their session ends, they will be unable to review any text which they have redacted. No other users who are logged in at the time of the redaction can view the redacted text.
