This article will explain how to create a document review to be carried out manually.

Create Review follows the filing screen. This one way to begin a Workflow process. After filing a document, if you do not use a Workflow Template, you are able to select any user or group to send the document to for review.

  1. After selecting Start Review immediately after filing from the Create Review drop down in the filing screen, selecting Save to File the document, you will be able to select your own recipient.
  2. You are still able to select a Template from the Templates field, if your recipient is in this predefined list.
  3. Select Add Review Level to open the User Selection window. Any favourite users or groups will be displayed here.
  4. User Search allows you to find any user or group to set as a recipient. You can select multiple users, or a group, but not a combination.
  5. Select the users / groups as required, their names will move to the Selection field.
  6. Select Confirm.
  7. On the Document Review screen, use Settings to set priority, add instructions or add a due date.
  8. Select Start to begin the review.
