This page contains details of new and amended functionality included in the software update deployed on 6th January 2025.
Batch Manager – Bulk Move Filter
What have we done?
User will be able to Filter documents included in the Bulk Move in batch manager, as an extension to the Bulk Select and Bulk Move enhancement in Release 235 (Internal Reference D10-13047)
Why have we done this?
To improve user experience
How will you benefit?
This will save time and reduce “clicks" when selecting and moving multiple documents
Details of the change
In Batch Manager, user can <Select All> and Change Folder.
If user applies a Filter, and <Select All>, this will only select the documents which match the Filter and Change Folder will only move those documents within the Filter scope

Scotland – Patient Sync ODS Code Management
What have we done?
Changed the patient sync process for Scotland (Internal Reference D10-13080)
Why have we done this?
ODS code format supplied by the 3rd party are not consistent
How will you benefit?
Patient sync for Scotland sites will be able to run successfully
Details of the change
The patient sync for Scotland sites will search for patients using full and short ODS codes so that patient data can be imported successfully, regardless of the format supplied by the 3rd party
READ2 Code search errors when using “.”
What have we done?
Updated the READ2 search when “.” Are used (Internal Reference D10-13207)
Why have we done this?
A search using “.” (e.g. “2887.”) would error and not return the search result
Note that a search without “.” Would work (e.g. “cough” returns correct codes)
How will you benefit?
The search will now work when a “.” is used

Change to SQL statement
Scotland: Captured Document not moving to Filing Folder
What have we done?
Fixed an issue for Scotland Sites where document filing folders and counts was incorrect (Internal Reference D10-12635)
Why have we done this?
When a document was captured to a Filing Folder, the document count for the folder was increasing, but the document remained in “Not in a Folder” for Scotland sites.
How will you benefit?
Documents will be filed to correct folder and document counts for folders will be accurate

Scotland: SCI Gateway Response Header Fix
What have we done?
Changed the SCI Gateway API (Internal Reference D10-13317)
Why have we done this?
To adhere to the specified FHIR standard and SCI Gateway specification v2.5
How will you benefit?
SCI Gateway will adhere to FHIR standard and return the correct response without error
Details of the change
SCI gateway are correctly passing in the Content-Type as application/fhir+json, however the Response header is showing only as application/json

What have we done?
Changed the SCI Gateway API (Internal Reference D10-12750)
Why have we done this?
To adhere to the specified SCI Gateway specification v2.5
How will you benefit?
SCI Gateway will return the correct value

Include a missing property for DocumentReference
Scotland Autofiling – Resolve Time Out Errors
What have we done?
Fixed the time out issue for Scotland Autofiling (Internal Reference D10-12504)
Why have we done this?
Some requests were timing out with a 504 error
How will you benefit?
Scotland Autofiling should not time out

What have we done?
Fixed the Patchs option on the DM10 toolbar (Case 23754678; Top of Form
Internal references D10-12681 & D10-12647)
Why have we done this?
The DTA was erroring and failing to load the Patchs URL with “Error: There was a problem collecting the PATCHS URL, please try again later”
How will you benefit?
Patchs option is available
