How to enable Auto-Annotate

This article will describe how to enable Auto-Annotate.

If you regularly apply annotations to documents when reviewing Tasks, Auto-Annotate will save time by removing the need to select Annotate from the action panel on each Task. You can choose a default annotation to use when you enable the setting.

To enable Auto-Annotate:

  1. Select Settings > My Profile > Task Settings.
  2. Tick the Auto Annotate On Document Hover checkbox.
  3. Select the default Annotation from the Auto Annotate Tool drop-down menu.
  4. Select Update to save your preferences.
Annotation tools are only available on documents that are in TIF format. Where Word or PDF documents selected the annotation tools are not available.
