What have we done?
We’ve fixed an issue affecting the default Clinical Code Problem Status where the default was not using the organisation setting.
Why have we done this?
To ensure the configured default problem status is applied correctly and is no longer affected by clinical coding settings.
How will you benefit?
The correct default problem status is always applied.
Details of the change
We fixed an issue where changing the clinical coding settings could incorrectly set to past Status. The default problem status now remains as configured, while clinical coding toggles continue to default to off, ensuring settings behave consistently and independently
