Document Deletion Improvements

What have we done?

Improved the document deletion process used in Docman Connect . The document deletion process is responsible for removing documents and related data based on configured retention periods.

Why have we done this?

To maintain the stability and performance of the application when processing large volumes of document deletions

How will you benefit?

There will be no change to end users

Details of the change

Enhancements have been made to improve how document deletions are handled in the background. These changes make it easier for the system to manage large volumes of data, helping to improve overall performance and reliability.

A New Clinical Code Activity Report for Admin Users

What have we done?

Introduced a new clinical code reporting feature in Docman Connect. This allows Admin users to view and export information on clinical codes received and how they are processed by practices.

Why have we done this?

To provide greater visibility of the delivery of clinical codes.

How will you benefit?

Improved visibility of clinical code activity across practices

• Ability to track how codes are received, reviewed and filed

Details of the change

A new reporting option has been added within the Delivery Dashboard. The updated section allows Admin users to generate and export a report containing key information about clinical codes, including their status and how they have been handled.

The navigation label has been updated to “View Delivery Dashboard and Reporting”. The report is available as a CSV download, making it easier to review and analyse data outside of the system.

This report has been created as part of a pilot where the OneAdvanced, the Trust and GP Practices are working collaboratively to ensure that data is transferred and accepted correctly. If any customer is interested in this activity, please contact the support desk to gain support from OneAdvanced.

Docuvieware Upgrade

What have we done?

Upgraded the version of Docuvieware and its licence keys, it is used to render PDF, TIF, DOCX and .DOC documents in Docman Connect.

Why have we done this?

To maintain stability of the application, and applying the latest version

How will you benefit?

There will be no change to end users.

Upgrade from version 3.0.0.9 to version 3.2.90.0
