This is the second in a series of four articles which support you in the process of switching from Read2 to SNOMED codes within your Docman system.
If you have not yet read the first article in this series, follow the link below.
This second article will guide you through the reports to run prior to making the switch. This allows you to document the Read2 codes in all areas of the system that you can refer to after switching, if required.
The reports to run and save are detailed here:
- From the Homepage, select Apps. From the pop up menu, select Reports
- From the Reports menu, select System Configuration, scroll down and select Filing Templates
- There are no filters to define, select the green Run Report button
- The report will display on the screen, from the Actions menu select Export Result to name and save the report locally
- On the left, close the filter using the chevron
- There are two more reports to run and save, they are named Clinical Codes in Predefined List and Intellisense Templates and found in the System Configuration report menu
- Repeat Steps 2-4 for the two reports, Clinical Codes in Predefined List and Intellisense Templates
Select Play to watch the steps as described above, the video below guides you through the steps to run and save the three reports detailed above.
Once you have watched the video, and you are ready to continue the process, follow the link below to the third article in the series.
